These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of covenantmarketingagency.com and the services provided by Covenant Marketing LLC ("Covenant Marketing," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or providing your information, you agree to these Terms. If you engage us as a client, the separate written service agreement we sign with you governs that engagement; if it conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.
Who we are
Covenant Marketing LLC provides marketing services to home-services businesses. By providing your phone number and checking our SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages about appointment reminders, call confirmations, inquiry follow-ups, account and service updates, and promotional offers (if you opt in to marketing messages).
SMS / text messaging terms
Opt-out & support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (210) 756-3694. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (210) 756-3694.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message frequency & rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 5 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, provide your information, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using our site or opting in to messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Use of our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it.
Intellectual property
Our methods, frameworks, templates, software, copy, and all associated trademarks and copyrights are owned by Covenant Marketing LLC and protected by intellectual property law. Subject to full payment and your compliance with any service agreement, we grant clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables we produce for them to operate their business. You retain ownership of your own brand assets, leads, ad accounts, and customer relationships; we retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, and tools.
Your content
If you provide us with content — such as brand assets, photos, copy, or business information — for use in our work for you, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide services to you and, with your consent, for case-study or testimonial use. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Guarantee & refund policy
Our guarantee. For the 90-day founding-partner pilot, we guarantee at least 12 qualified appointments booked onto your calendar. A qualified appointment is a homeowner (not a renter), in your service area, who needs the service, is aware of the cost, and has confirmed a scheduled time on your calendar.
If we miss it. If we do not book at least 12 qualified appointments during the 90 days, we refund your pilot fee — provided you held up your end (kept the agreed daily ad budget running, responded to your leads and appointments, did not pause or change the campaigns without our approval, ran the agreed offer, and gave us timely access and approvals). A refund of the pilot fee is your sole and exclusive remedy under the guarantee.
What is not refundable. Advertising spend paid to the platforms (such as Meta) is never refundable — only the pilot fee is. Any monthly retainer payments after the pilot are non-refundable.
How to request a refund. Email [email protected] within 14 days after your 90-day pilot ends. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within about 10 business days.
Retainer. After the pilot, the monthly retainer is month-to-month — cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice, no long-term contract. The full binding terms are set out in your signed service agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Disclaimers & no guarantee of results
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors, and except where a specific written guarantee is provided in a signed service agreement, we do not and cannot guarantee any particular business, financial, or lead result. Any figures, examples, or testimonials shown are illustrative and are not a promise of similar results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covenant Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where appropriate, notified to active clients.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
